En République Centrafricaine, des milliers de personnes âgées et handicapées vivent dans l'isolement, confrontées à des défis immenses. Chez Acapi, nous croyons que chacun mérite une vie digne, entourée de solidarité et d'espoir. Notre mission est de briser cet isolement en offrant un soutien psychosocial, des opportunités économiques, et une sécurité alimentaire durable.

Depuis notre création en novembre 2024, nous agissons avec cœur et détermination pour transformer des vies. Grâce à nos centres d'écoute, nos projets agricoles, et nos initiatives génératrices de revenus, nous redonnons autonomie et dignité à ceux qui en ont le plus besoin.
